has anyone had any experience with oral meds. to help with shortness of breath? like dupixent

I have used inhaler for years and thier not helping so much anymore

  1. I do not take Dupeixent, but my pulmonologist prescribed Montelukast. I have been on it since day one, so I have no comparison as to its effectiveness. I take Wexalla and Simbicort as well. But all things considered, with stage 3 and not using a walker or on O2, I do alright. I take 2 inhalers with it, and have some bad days. I think bad days are part of the extended warranty though. I would be curious to hear from other members if they use alternatives, for the future, should things turn a bit more unpredictable.
