Hi I'm on trimbow 127 at the moment .
It dose give me some help .
Not much but some relief .
Can anyone suggest any good exercises to do at home that could help me .
I'm suggesting to do even basic house work and even bathing myself is real struggle too
I have a shower but I find it hard to breathe when having a shower ..so baths are easier but I still struggling with a basic bath Wash .??

  3. Gentle breathing exercises, walking around the house, and light stretching can really help improve breathing over time when done consistently. It's always best to start slowly and consult a healthcare professional if symptoms persist. Conneqt Health Coupons is also a great resource for finding wellness-related savings and helpful products.
