Weight loss burnout as a carer

I am carer for husband of 60 years, with stage 4 copd and chf, oxygen 24/7 and can only walk small slow steps to next room with a zimmer frame, i do everything for him, he has a catheter aswell now and in general is deteriorating a lot since last hospitalisation. I am getting more and more upset, crying, and not really eating properly and have now lost a lot of weight, anyone else experiencing this.
