Trimbow inhaler changed to TrimbowNext

Hi I have changed from Trimbow inhaler to TrimbowNext powder form. But don’t feel it is so effective. Has anyone else experienced this please?

  1. How long ago did you change? -Melissa, copd.net team

    1. Hi , and welcome! I see you are a new member here, having joined today, earlier this afternoon. We are glad to see you already engaging with the community through this, your first post.
You may be aware that medications' effectiveness can vary from medication to medication and, from patient to patient, too.
Did you find the first Trimbow inhaler you were using was effective for you? May I ask, what caused you to change types of Trimbow?

      1. I hate the power ones, you have to rinse your mouth and it makes me have dry mouth all day

        1. I hear that. It can be really uncomfortable. Out of curiosity, have you ever tried over the counter products meant to combat dry mouth (such as Biotene)? There are also prescription products available you could talk to your doctor about. I hope you find something that helps. -Melissa, copd.net team

        2. Do Trimbow spray inhaler not cause dry mouth?
