Hi nedra and thanks for your question. While I'm hopeful others will chime in with their experiences, I will ask you as well - are you getting 11-12 hours of sleep each night?

Since I responded I am starting to log bed times and actual asleep times. I had the head of my bed raised which has improved actual sleep. I’m hoping my diet change will help me drop a few pounds and hoping both will make a difference.

Hi again, Nedra. I think that's a marvelous idea for you to track your own bed times and actual time asleep as well. You'll be able to determine patterns and trends and use them to your advantage. Warmly, Leon (site moderator)
