Breathing exercises

Sometimes when I feel short of breath I try to can panic and turn my Air Conditioner on it really helps me get my Air to work in my chest I do Yoga like bringing my arms up and think of a happy place then slowly bring arms and up and down about 10times but make sure ur breathing in an out hold ur air about 6sec do that and try not to stress
It's hard at times but it helps

    When you are having trouble breathing and trying not to let panic take over, there are a couple of things to do. One is the Pursed Lip Breathing. Inhale for 4 seconds thru your nose and exhale with lips pursed(like blowing out a candle) for twice as long as the inhale. I try to exhale for as long as I can after an inhale. D this until you calm down and can catch your breathe. Another thing is to use your emergency inhaler. Usually Albuterol. If your system works for you, then all the better. These are just a couple of alternative methods you can also use to calm down and breathe slowly and deeply. Take care and God Bless!
