This sounds like you need to contact your pulmonologist ASAP. I get shortness of breathe at times, but albuterol and breathing exercises help. Since you say you have been in pulmonary rehab, you most likely know how to do pursed lip breathing and huff coughing. Are you on oxygen? Sounds like you might need to be. Have you had a PFT test to see how good or bad your breathing actually is? There really is not many suggestions to help with your breathing since everyone's COPD is unique to them. What helps one person might not help another. Please see your doctor as soon as possible. Having bad shortness of breathe all the time is miserable, stressful, and not good for your general health. Take care and God Bless!
