Getting Sicker

Hi,
I was diagnosed with COPD some years ago. I suffer several flareups a year. I am on Trelegy Ellipta and use albuterol way too much. I have so much mucous that I choke on it.

I recently saw a commercial for a new drug and/or Dupixent and was wondering what anyone's thoughts are. The also found a mass in my lungs.
