Hi . I hope you get lots of feedback here because you are far from alone with either situation. Constant burping is a common symptom of COPD, but it seems people don't talk about it much. It's usually caused by bloating. Here is a wonderful article that discusses bloating and ways to manage it: https://copd.net/living/bloating-why-what-to-do.
Bras often become uncomfortable for people with COPD. Wouldn't it be nice if our culture became more comfortable with women not wearing them? Here is an article from one person who ditched hers for a few months and then found more comfortable options: https://copd.net/living/bra. Some people wear camilsole under their shirts instead of bras. They don't provide support, but they at least provide some cover. Others wear sleep bras or low-impact sports bras. I wore sleep bras while nursing my kids. They are super comfortable and provide only minimal support. I can see how they would be comfortable to wear all day long.
I hope this helps. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
