my main advice to anyone who is newly diagnosed is to listen to the experts at the hospitals and just do your own thing dont let well intended advice get to you go at your own speed some of my friends thought it was just like haveing the flue and i should snap out of it lol so now i dont have so many friends lol

    1. Hi . I didn't have any trouble understanding your post, so no worries! You offer some great advice. The COPD journey is so unique to each person that it's often wise to simply do what feels best. I wish those friends had been more supportive, but I'm glad you have your family (especially great grandkids!) to lean on. Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)
