Does the summer heat increase your COPD symptoms?

heat is never the problem, humidity is a nightmare over 75%

drink plenty of water to stay hydrated. Staying indoors where my air conditioner is. It’s a very comfortable 72 degrees in my house on humid days.

I very rarely use the heat pump air conditioner. I’m one of those crazies that believes I should be comfortable but be mindful that my human body is part of Mother Earth and to respect her gifts.

I don't think your crazy to respect our Mother. But be careful that you don't aggravate or contribute to a flare by not staying in cooler dryer temps. Even a dehumidifier will help. Take care of yourself. I am sure with that mindset you do plenty other things to respect our Mother Earth.
