Depressed.

I am finished with myself and have no reason to keep on going. I am scared I am angry at what my government has done to so many of us veterans from Agent Orange. Thank you rant is over.

  1. I hear how difficult things are for you right now. You are not alone in being angry at this. We are not professional counselors but we are here to offer you any support we can during this time. I can also share some additional resources for you: https://copd.net/mental-health/coping-general-resources. We are here whenever you need us, please do not hesitate to reach out. Wishing you a peaceful day. Best, Sam S. (COPD team).

    1. I am liveing in Malaga, Spain. Here to find help is like looking for a needle in a haystack.

      1. Hey justcallmebob, so sorry you are in what I refer to as a funk at this time. Darn short days and longer nights hours. Thanks for your service, I truly appreciate those that serve(d). Like many others that were hit with Agent Orange I would suspect you are suffering from multiple chronic medical issues and that is something I can relate to, having way to many medical problems. It does get scary at times, then yip we go through the full spectrum of emotions to boot. But please try to remember there is those days that we can fight that funk right out of ourselves as we have done many times in the past. I see you say there is trouble finding counseling in the area in which you live, what about finding a clergy person and chatting with them? I am not a real religious person but they are usually a good place to start if needed, they can at least keep some good secrets LOL .. Have to tell you, you have me very curious on how you ended up in Malaga, Spain... Yes I do have an imagination and can come up with many little stories on my own, but hey would love to know how you did choose that area to live if you are willing to share of course.
May your day be a better one. Hope I here from you! Doris

    2. Thank you, Doris.

      1. Glad you responded back! how's it going?

    3. Not good.

      1. Thank you. In the last days, we have had much dust from Africa the Sahara sand dust which makes my life very hard with breathing. Also, it seems the med. I use are working less and my aerisol I am using too much up to 8 times a day. I am really at my end of wanting to live.
        Hugs, Robert
