Confused

I was diagnosed COPDin 2009. Now it’s April 2026 , I have never had short of breath. Climb stairs case normal, no coughing , but when i got asthma attack or flu I took antibiotics and prednisone five days. And that’s it . I rcovers normally within three days .. My question is now I have a great doubt I have no COPD, I have asthma.? I am smoker since 45 years, still smoke but trying to give up. I am 65 years and still working. Thanks. Imran
