Have COPD

I'm 62 and have copd. I would love to communicate with you all and learn your experiences. Some days I feel ok and others, more so lately, I feel like I'm sinking. Not sure how to handle this.

Hi Linny, I was an Insulator and worked with Asbestos, for 46 years. I am 70 years old. I was diagnosed in 2013 with Asbestosis. My doctor is treating it like COPD. I like you have good days/bad days. What helps me cope, is facing my daily activies with a positive attitude. I try and get out everyday to walk and smell the roses. It is hard to cope daily with this disease. The way I look at it, I am bigger than the disease. Hope this helps you. Good Luck Craig

 Thank you for sharing. I try to stay positive. I was pretty sick Dec in and it's taking forever to get back on my feet. I'm so weak, and of course, then you sit, and then the breathing gets worse. It's such a whirlwind. I'm curious as to medications y'all use.
