COPD DM2 AND SHOWER FEAR

I am a retired physician from India. I was diagnosed with DM2
I am on insulin both short and long-acting for three years
my diabetes is not under control. I keep that way because I may have "Hypoglycemia unawareness".

My COPD

My COPD was diagnosed in 2016. I am on an o2 generator on and off I live in an air-conditioned condo. I was diagnosed with Panic attacks in 2001 and was prescribed clonazepam 0.5mg and alprazolam 1.0mg at bedtime.I am comfortable except for severe exacerbations.
I am on LABA LAMA INHALERS. I use LABA LAMA AND STEROID INHALER{trelegy ellipta}
I am living with whole dentures for about 6 years. My only problem now is fear of having daily shower by grace of God my son has given and support and a comfortable life

To sum up

I am overall well with inhalers, insulin, mild to moderate exercises, walking, breathing exercises et.and alprazolam 0.5mg bedtime. I sleep trough 1200 midnight to 300AM and keep sleeping up to 800AM.
