"I havent been on on over a year but my last scan showed that my COPD had not progressed since the scan i had 12mths before that, and personally it can only be from my constant mental and physical effort to fight this every and anyway i can, im 53 this year and as long as i breathe i will keep fighting, I hope others reading this can be inspired."

    1. What great news, , and how thoughtful of you to come back here with an update. I hope the progression of your COPD remains stalled for a long time to come. Please reach out if ever you need anything and please update us again when you can. We often hear from people who are struggling, but we don't hear as much from those who are doing well. It's helpful for others, especially those who are new to COPD, to hear from people like you. Thank you! Sending the best of all wishes your way. - Lori (Team Member)

    2. Hi, Keith! I'm proud of you for having the courage to post here ... it's not always easy to talk openly about health concerns. But we are all going through something, we are all here together to support one another, and there is no judgment. 😀 How are you feeling about the oxygen? I hope it's giving you better quality of life. Glad you're here! -Melissa, copd.net team
