That's a good answer, Mekoker. It sounds like you subscribe to the philosophy: 'everything in moderation', and that is a good outlook for COPD activities.

Don't know about you BUT I have what I call good and bad days, on my good days I feel like pretty active. But when I'm having a bad day it takes everything I do just to take a shower??When I go to walmart I make sure I have a inhaler on me.I just have to take each day by day..😉

That sounds like a good approach, Kevin. Others in our community have expressed similar sentiments about 'good days and bad days', so you are not alone in you experiences. It's always a good idea to have your inhaler with you - just in case!
