Lack of breath

Is it normal to struggle for breath as winter approaches as I seem to struggle more and does air pressure make things worse

  1. ,
Air pressure does most definitely affects breathing. As does temperature and humidity. For me, the more humid air is harder for me to breathe. The higher the temperature, the harder it is for me to breathe. High pressure is better for my breathing than low pressure. Cooler temps are better for me. Less humidity is better for me. I am looking forward to winter because it is easier for me to breathe. But that is here in South Central Texas. Winter here is usually averaging high 50's to low 60's during the day. Colder at night. Below 50 is too cold for my breathing. Above 80 is too hot for my breathing. Humidity in the mid 40% range is good, above that is bad. Each person is different. So learning your good and bad weather breathing temps. humidity, and air pressure is important. Take care and God Bless!
