1 pack of oatmeal or grits (i like grits) 1 heaping tspn of coco....1 heaping tspn of ensure protien powder hint of sugar......1/2 cup h2o this gives you the minerals ya need plus flavanoids tor infllammation and you will start to get your weight back........got this from a lady .....TRY IT.....
