Update on Dan
Hi all,
The antidepression meds are working! Horray!
It is so nice to have my husband back!!
After only 1 1/2 weeks I can see a big change in Daniel!We even went to a sporting goods store , first time in almost a year that we have done something like this.
He continues to improve everyday. He still has COPD but is not dwelling on it anymore.
They have not yet called him for his pulmonary rehab but they will soon.
I just cant believe the difference in him. I am so happy!
So if anyone on here has given up maybe you need an antidepressant. I just am amazed how much 1 little pill has done.

Hi Vicki - wow! Thanks for this uplifting and encouraging update about your husband, Daniel!
I recall you previous communications about what a difficult time he was having, and the effect that was having on you and your spousal relationship.
It sure sounds like this may all be behind you now as you begin to enjoy the change in him and your lives together.
Keep up the good work!

Wow! Impressive! Excellent news. The proper treatment makes a difference. So does the timing! I am a seriously talented procrastinator, and can easily motivate myself in the negative direction on demand. But I am slowly learning that it is to my benefit to waste less time scrounging around in my head searching for excuses and just doing something instead. Sometimes I just need to pay attention to outside encouragement. Sometimes I need to give it. The point is I am trying to pay more attention now, and things get better quicker when I do. Duh. I may be about to get a lot of practice when/if my brother comes home from the hospital. 
That is such incredible news! and you sound so happy! I'm sure I'm not the only one that smiled as they read your post. Thanks for sharing that great bit of news.
