COPD research Survey

My name is Jonathan Willoughby, and I am a doctoral student from the Doctor of Nursing Practice Department at Clarke University in Dubuque, IA. I am posting to invite you to participate in my research study about COPD and Palliative Care Quality. You're eligible to participate if you have been diagnosed with COPD and are over the age of 18.
