Swelling

I'm sorry to hear how you're feeling! Make sure you keep your feet elevated as much as possible - that will help control the swelling. Ideally try to elevate at the same level or a little above your heart.
Have you tried compression stockings? You'd be surprised how much they can help and ease the discomfort.
I'm sure you already know this one - but restrict your salt intake as much as possible.
Follow your doctor's instructions on hydration. You don't want to overload on fluid, but it's important that you stay hydrated.

Just wanted to let you know that End Stage is not necessarily the end of the road. I was measured as end stage, Stage 4, or very severe, several years ago, and still ticking. If you go to the top left of this page, in the search box type "end stage," and click on the magnifying glass, you will find so many people talking about it. It is fascinating, and it will help.
