Natural treatment for COPD Coughs

Today I want to share something that helped me with that terrible dry cough I told you about.
I have been taking it for 5 days and my cough is gone. I am so grateful for this advice and feel I must share it on the group. Being stage 4 COPD myself.
You take a ONION, don't peel it. Cut it in half and put in a pot with water. Cover the onion with the water. Boil for 30 minutes. Strain and let it cool down. Drink it. I could not believe it myself that a plain simple onion could help me so much. I am almost feeling myself again which I prays God for everyday. The most amazing thing is that I have heaps of energy and even baked biscuit for 2 days now. My stats have been like a normal health person's. I kid you not. Please try it . The first day when I drank it i coughed up green gunk and I was like okay. My lungs feel so much better, no pain and I can take deep breaths. I hope and pray that it will help everyone. Much love to all our members . Lee

I am glad to hear that this worked well for you. For me however, I would not be able to do this. First, a boiling onion would make me cough, a lot. Second, my Hiatal Hernia would not like the onion juice and my stomach would rebel with pain for several days. Anything like onions, garlic, or any spices cooking or boiling just aggravates my lungs For me, keeping humidity and temp at constants (humidity 40%, temp 76 degrees F) are my levels for easy breathing and keeping mucus flowing. As long as it works for you and other people get it to work for them, excellent! Each of us with COPD have to find our own niche that works for us. Thanks for the tip and keep them coming. If it helps even one other person it is worth the effort. Thanks again. Take Care and God Bless!
