COPD inhaler side effects

Hi can anyone please tell me which COPD inhaler has less side effects, i am having problems with back and stomach pain any advice would be very helpful

  1. ,
Unfortunately, that is a question that has no general answer. Side effects from any medication, inhalers included, are different for each individual. An inhaler for me might be perfect with no side effects, but for you, can cause problems. And visa-versa. That would be a problem to discuss with your medical team and have them solve that with your input. You might have to try several inhalers before you find one that works for you. Any side effects from any medication needs to be told to your medical team. There could be other causes of back and stomach pain than from COPD inhalers. I have only had one side effect in 4 1/2 years from an inhaler. That was thrush caused by Trelegy. You really need to talk to your medical team. Take care and God Bless!

    1. Thanks for your help appreciate it.

      1. I was diagnosed a little over a year ago , and have tried 5 different inhalers and all of them had shitty side effects for me until I finally decided to stop with all of them. It's been 7 months now that I have not used any at all and I find that I am feeling better every week as long as I pay attention to my balance. It's true I can't work out the way I used to and I am certainly a bit slower and have less stamina, but I am fine. I can ride my bike for hours and climb my 38 stairs to my flat without crumbling at the top of the stairs...which happened anyway with inhalers... I am much better without ALL THE SIDE EFFECTS...I had all of them...it was awful...so I wish you luck finding out what works for you!!

      2. I hear how frustrated you were with inhaler side effects! They can really be hard to handle, and it's up to each person to decide when it's worth it and when it's not. I'm glad to hear you can still be so active and are feeling good! Keep listening to your body and don't be afraid to reevaluate if you ever feel like you need a change.
