      I try to deal,A big barrier I have to deal with is Im mouth breather and a talker,I actually like to interact with other humans with out the smart phone, its been a bitch to have to remind myself to breath through my nose and not be on my own leash,I call it a leash not tubing because tubing sounds like fun and most certainly isn't, but day to day,minute to minute i try to carry on...
