Hi There Just wondering if you can share your tips on how to clear phlegm? other than drinking warm water with honey lemon cinnamon? Thank you kindly
My doctor prescribed me an over-the-counter medication called Mucinex Maximum Strength 12 hour. I take it twice a day. It eliminates the problem, period. Active ingredient is called Guaifenesin. I get it from Amazon.

For folks with this condition. excess mucus/phlegm can be a characteristic symptom.
For some, mucus clearance can be a considerable challenge.
