Hi crazy2018, and thanks for your post and question. Since everyone's circumstances are different, we sadly are unable to provide you with an answer that is correct for you. Since we are currently in the middle of the 'open enrollment period', you may be seeing all sorts of advertisements about one (Medicare) plan or another.
This is something you will have to look into to see what is the best specific plan for yourself and your own individual situation.
Perhaps others will chime in here and provide insight as to how they are making this selection.
What do you think?

Yes , since most of us with copd have similar needs , I thought this might be a better place to ask.

When we were eligible for Medicare, we had a sales woman for a medical advantage plan come to our house to helps explain all the pros and cons. She told us about a prescription plan our state offered if you fell below a certain income level. That was the one where prescriptions were really affordable. See what your state has to offer!

Hi two villages and thanks for sharing your own personal experiences dealing with the Medicare system. It can be such an advantage to have a (trustworthy) salesperson come to the house to discuss all the options.
We appreciate you sharing this with the community.
All the best,
