Noises
Does anyone make noises while exhaling? When I'm out of breath or having a hard time I make these funny little grunting noises, it's very annoying to me and others. I don't seem to be able to control it.
Hi Lynn - thanks for your post. While I am hopeful others in the community will read your comment and respond, I wanted to say something as well.
Sometimes, folks with this condition (in my experience managing patients with asthma for many years), do make 'unusual' noises when they are experiencing shortness of breath. The noises seem to vary from patient to patient, but I've observed (and been told), it is the very noises that are helping them to catch their breath again.
Do you think this might be the case for you?
