Hello everyone I completed my pft test better results than I could possibly have imagined. Still stage 3 but no decrease lung capacity. Thanks to everyone who encouraged me and cared. To Cody new member I am sorry about your suffering I am with you a loner. Smoking will make you struggle more try cutting down then slowly continue to decrease your Smoking it helped me to quit.
