Does anyone have insight on this work-related question?

If your accommodated at work to get out of dust but doesn’t include what your real job was do you take a wage loss in some other department or do you keep the same wage


  1. Hi chevy88 and thanks for this post. As I understand your comment, it sounds like you have been given some consideration (accommodation) for this condition at your place of employment. It also sounds like the accommodated job function pays somewhat less than what you used to do.
    If that's the situation, as you describe it, this may be an issue for either a labor attorney, or the union contract (if it is a union shop). What do you think? Leon (site moderator COPD.net)
