Will a water air cooler help with my wife’s struggle to breathe?

Will a water filled air condenser/purifier help with my wife’s breathing? Please can someone help us?

Speaking form my own experiences, I can say that an air purifier will definitely help make breathing easier. Humidity is the question mark in this. Usually about 40% humidity is ideal for COPD sufferers. But each individual is different. I have an air purifier in my living room, and it definitely helps me breathe easier. Drier air is better for me, but more humid air might be better for your wife. That is something I cannot answer. Wish I could help more. God Bless!

    1. thank you for your reply I will buy a purifier for my wife Nikki tomorrow and if it works out for her then we will be happy and if it doesn’t work out for her then at least we gave it a try I guess that all we can do is try everything and anything to make my wife’s life a little better while she is still here

    2. Hi there! Did you end up getting the purifier? Curious to know how it went ... hoping it was useful! -Melissa, copd.net team
