Hi Chesty, and welcome! Please know we are the type of community that welcomes folks to engage in conversation with the rest of the members and the team moderators and advocates. We do everything we can to provide support, informational materials, share experiences and, when necessary, just lend an empathetic ear.
I understand that some patients would rather use the dry powder inhaler (DPI), than a nebulizer system. The choice, naturally, should be yours in concert with your prescribing physician.
I am hopeful others in the community will see your forum post and respond by sharing their own anecdotal experiences using this medication with you here.
If you find you are feeling only 'minimal' improvement using this medication to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH), you may want to discuss this with your prescribing physician.
What do you think?
