Spirometry test results

Had my test today. Already know I have stage 2 copd as well as asthma. Very confused due to the 3 covid lockdowns, I hadnt been tested since 2019. I have 3 inhalers including Spiriva also on carbocysteine capsules which help me to cough. The nurse was also teaching as well as doing my test, she jotted on a bit of paper the following
FEV1 1.67
FVC 2.36
PER 6.84
As usual I have no idea what these figures mean to my condition
Then she printed out sheets of results to show dr.
Im confused...
