Got Test Results Today

I got my CT scan and bloodwork test results today. My doctor's FNP called me. I was a little worried it was going to be bad news, because they have never called me at home with results before. It turned out it was all good news. My lung CT scan was clean. No nodules and no changes since last December. My complete bloodwork was very good.
No concerns at all in any bloodwork. Kidneys, liver, and thyroid all good. Cholesterol was excellent. So, I am pretty happy right now. I am going to keep doing what I am doing, because for me it works!

Thank you Leon! I will absolutely continue what I am doing. I also hope it continues for the foreseeable future. I would be doing myself a disservice if I did not continue taking care of my own health. Take care and God Bless!

    1. Any advice on trying to give up smoking

      1. Hi Tracy! We have so many articles on the site about quitting -- more than I can fit here! Instead, here is a link to the archives, which have plenty of content to read and think about.

If you want to talk to us more about your specific smoking journey so we can make suggestions, feel free to start a new topic here:

You can do this! Even smoking one less cigarette is a great step to take. Be gentle with yourself along the way and know that we are here to support you, okay? Sending hugs. -Melissa, copd.net team
