As most on this board know, my wife and I moved recently. For about 3 weeks, there was basically chaos. Between packing, cleaning, moving, unpacking, and cleaning again, there was no time for exercise and my normal routines during the days. I was having breathing problems during the entire moving process. Most of it I think was from packing paper and boxes creating dust. Plus, I had gotten out my daily routines and eating. Now that most of the unpacking is done and things are put away for the most part, my routines have returned this week. I go to bed at 10PM and get up at 6:30AM. I am back to my morning protein drink with supplements, fruit, and cereal. Lunch and dinner are now back on schedule, so meals are back to where they should be. I started my weightlifting routine again this week. Now that my exercise, eating habits, sleeping times, and chores schedule are back to normal, I was amazed that my breathing has straightened out also. I have been able to breath freely and deeply the past three days straight. And not coughing half the day away is also really nice. I knew there was direct correlations between proper rest, good diet, and exercise for COPD. But this is the first time I really noticed the difference without them and with them firsthand. Kind of an eye opener. That's all I got.
