  1. Hi coconut, and welcome! I see you recently joined our community (early this morning), and we are happy to have you here!
Thanks for your post! You may be aware we are not able to recommend any particular manufacturer in regards to medical equipment, I am sorry.
However, I can make two suggestions.
First, I am hopeful others in the community will see your post, and respond by sharing their own personal experiences using pulse oximeters. That may give you an idea of what folks are using in their own homes.
Second, the features you are looking for are all available in the pulse oximeter marketplace - finding a manufacturer whose product provides all the parameters will be the challenge. We do have a wealth of material published, right here on our community website, which focuses on this type of equipment, pulse oximeters. I thought, while we wait to hear from others, you might want to start looking them over. (you will note, that your post is included in the search results, too!) For your convenience, here is a link to that material: https://copd.net/search?s=pulse%20oximeter.
I do hope you find this to be helpful in a practical way.
    Happy holiday!

    1. Coconut, have you tried searching online or talking to a medical equipment supplier near you? Online stores often have a filter that allows you to search for particular features. Your doctor might also be able to guide you. Best of luck? -Melissa, copd.net team

      1. My ex has a Smart watch and it will show all of what a person with a breathing issue will need as far as info.

        1. This is interesting, Tom. Do you know if they just kept a notes file with the relevant medical info or if it was a health app on the watch? Just curious. -Melissa, copd.net team

        2. Samsung galaxy 4, all I know is that it measures oxy/blood ratio and yes it does keep the info. You should be able to get details if you search Samsung galaxy 4

      2. I love my smartwatch. It does heart rate, blood oxygen and ECG. Can’t get more portable than a wristwatch.

        1. It's great to have it right on your body at all times, too, I bet. Do you feel it gives you peace of mind? I also like how newer models try to detect if you've fallen or are incapacitated. An impressive feature for sure. -Melissa, copd.net team
