Pain in back/ lungs
I got sick yesterday what I assume was stomach virus 2 days after wife had it. Early this morning had to get up with a pain in my left shoulder blade that was unbearableand causing me to be restless. This pain was like someone had hit me with a sledge hammer and the pain continued until around 11:00. Is or has anyone else had a pain like this with their COPD?
No we here with insurance is 90.00 co-pay and they keep you there running test which runs the bill up so they make their money for the hospital. My pain actually took my breath away but only lasted some 3-4 hours then went away. I will be letting my Dr know about it on my next visit.

! I can't say I have had that related to COPD but have had that with my arthritis. I would address this with your primary care physician though. Hopefully, you can get it figured out. Best, Jackie (Moderator)
