How to get inhalers when you do not have insurance?

I have the emergency Ventolin HFA, but cannot afford the other ones that treat long term. The powder one WAS working great until I had to stop because I could not afford the $300 & change per unit (30 days)

  1. SpStreeter,
I get my inhalers from a Prescription Assistance Program thru our local hospital. Check around in your community for such a thing. Also contact the manufacturer. They should help you afford it. You need to get your doctor involved. Call your doctor and tell him/her the financial burden you are having and ask for help getting your needed meds. If they won't help you, find a more concerned doctor.
