YES!
I woke up today a little short of breath, I'm using a BiPap! My Oximeter was reading 92% O2. At 92%, I don't need to continue my oxygen. (I have o2 hooked up to my BiPap..)
It gets worse as I move around, really short of breath (SOB)...
I have found that 'bellowing' my chest, flexing the chest muscles so that the chest enlarges helps. Raising my shoulders like a shrug seems to help too.
I still seem to get light-headed like I'm short of oxygen, though...
I have learned NOT to take too much Allbuteral as it raises my blood pressure. I would rather go through a bout of SOB than high BP.
The urgent care or emergency room are options if this really gets bad for you... I hope that bellowing and shrugging help.
The Best of luck, and keep in touch with us
