COPD and Difficulty Sleeping

Does your COPD disrupt your sleep? What are some things that you do to sleep better?

  1. I try taking deep breaths through the nose and releasing through my mouth and count as you go.I never get above 10😊😊

    1. I wake up once a night .Always bring water near my bed ,when I`m up ,drink some and use vapo rub .It is opening the airwaves and make some deep breath

      1. love my Vicks Vapo Rub as well Rozsa. Not only is it calming but it really helps to clear those passages. If I am using my oxygen I usually just put some on my chest and breathe it in. Sometimes it is the simplest things that work wonders for us, isn't it? Thank you for mentioning it. 😀

    2. I guess I am fortunate. Sleeping is the one activity that I do extremely well. Naps and nighttime alike. No problems.
