Hi , and thanks for sharing your recent experiences dealing with breathlessness - it can be a rather common symptom of a COPD diagnosis. Although shortness of breath (SOB), can be prevalent for folks with COPD, how they deal with it can vary considerably from patient to patient.
In your conversation, you've mentioned the 'hospital' has given you prednisone (which used to work, but doesn't any longer), that you are on Trelegy, and that you've been 'tested', with nothing being evidently wrong (except for the breathing).
I am curious - do you have your own physician? To me, it sounds like you may need to have one physician oversee your care. If you are having this much difficulty breathing, perhaps your entire medication regimen can be adjusted to help you to feel more comfortable.
What do you think?
