  1. Hi I am so glad you were able to take it easy on yourself. Some days we need to just breathe, as you said. I am glad you were able to do laundry. Wishing you all the best. Jill, COPD.net, team member

    1. Congrats! Tired is tough, but yet can feel so good when something is accomplished! Give yourself that pat on the back that you deserve, celebrate the moment! Can't wait to continue here about your progress as you go. Be good to yourself, one step at a time, it will come!

      1. thanks to all the wonderful people on this site you have enspired me to go to a better place

    2. There are going to be times where you just have to stop and pause before going to the next step. It's okay to find when you are tired when getting a load of laundry done. It's a lot of bending and picking up. Don't be too hard on yourself when you need a break. It's better to stop than to over due it. Small steps and pace yourself. We wear out too quickly.

      1. thanks for all the support 🙏

    3. Hi again, - I am just getting to this conversation now - and what a conversation it is!! There have been a good number of remarks over the years which focus on this very topic - COPD and the consistent feeling of being tired.
We actually have an excellent article, published right here on COPD.net, which speaks to this very real concern quite well. I thought this would be a good time and place to share it: https://copd.net/living/tired-vs-copd-tired. I do hope it is helpful to read.
      All the best,
