Breathing.
Why do I always feel out off Breath? And at the same time feel like I am Spinning out of control. I am doing everything that I am told will he me, but the Medication that I have nearly all of it has the effect of Breathlesnes and Dizziness.

. I wish we had answers for you. Have you considered keeping a journal so you can show your doctor what you were doing and what you had taken when these episodes occur? It might reveal some patterns that are helpful. - Lori (Team Member) Thank you Lori, for your feedback . I have had numerous Inhalers but they all have the same effect on me. But I will try and keep a note of my Daily problems. I am trying very hard to keep I off Tobacco, it every now and then I have a Cigarette, the Nicorette mouth spray that I am using seems to work for a while , but even that seems to stop being a affective I have a Nebulizer that seems to work but not all the time. The Dr just seems to try some thing different every time If see him.. So I am getting to the point where I just don't trust them anymore.😎 
Good evening. As Lori mentioned, keeping a journal can really help you track your symptoms and see patterns that might make managing things a bit easier. Are you seeing a pulmonologist? They specialize in lung health and might have new ideas to help you feel better. And keep up the good work on reducing tobacco – you’ve already made big strides, which is something to be proud of.
