  1. Hi . I wish we had answers for you. Have you considered keeping a journal so you can show your doctor what you were doing and what you had taken when these episodes occur? It might reveal some patterns that are helpful. - Lori (Team Member)

    1. Thank you Lori, for your feedback . I have had numerous Inhalers but they all have the same effect on me. But I will try and keep a note of my Daily problems. I am trying very hard to keep I off Tobacco, it every now and then I have a Cigarette, the Nicorette mouth spray that I am using seems to work for a while , but even that seems to stop being a affective I have a Nebulizer that seems to work but not all the time. The Dr just seems to try some thing different every time If see him.. So I am getting to the point where I just don't trust them anymore.😎

      1. Good evening. As Lori mentioned, keeping a journal can really help you track your symptoms and see patterns that might make managing things a bit easier. Are you seeing a pulmonologist? They specialize in lung health and might have new ideas to help you feel better. And keep up the good work on reducing tobacco – you’ve already made big strides, which is something to be proud of. It can take time to fully step away from cigarettes, but with your determination, I’m confident you’ll reach your goal of being smoke-free.Wishing you all the best. John. community moderator.
