Bloating
I started taking antihistamines a couple of months ago , my dr recommended them as i was wheezing and crackling quite alot given i live in a little villiage in the countryside.T
The only problem that they seem to have is they make me really bloated and have put a few pounds on with them , has anyone else had the same symptoms please ?

I am hopeful others in the community will see your question and respond by sharing their own personal experiences using this type of medication.
I have something to contribute as well.
As you may be aware, medication affects patients differently. Some patients do well using antihistamines while, still others, not so much.
If you are experiencing these side effects (bloating and gaining weight), you may want to bring this to your physician's attention. It may be possible for the doctor to suggest another type of medication for treatment.
