What tips do you have for managing bloating in the stomach?

Stomach always feeling full want to eat but can't because of the stomach bloating
Anybody else feel like that?
What can I do to elevate the symptoms

  1. CommunityMember410d7f,
I would call my medical team first and foremost. Proper nutrition is vital to helping you cope with COPD. If you are constantly bloated, your doctor needs to find out why and treat the problem so you can eat a good diet. There has to be a reason for constant bloating. Please contact your medical team. Take care and God Bless!

    1. I definitely can identify

  2. , in addition to what said, I wanted to include an article we have on bloating that might be helpful to you: https://copd.net/living/bloating-why-what-to-do. All the best, Sam S. (COPD team).

      1. Thanks for the reply I really appreciate it.
My stomach always feeling full makes it hard for me eat and the swelling of my legs and feet makes it worse cause I can't drink lots of water
Iam in a catch 22 situation

        1. I have had good results with the old remedy of 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in -8 oz of warm water. Also, watch how fast you eat and swallow and what size bites(should be small) you take. Good luck; this is not fun but it CAN be done. Keep us POSTED!
