"I am at this moment experiencensing a very heavy bought of vertigo and Breathlesnes. At the moment I am lying in a dark room , and trying hard to write this .... I find the it helps if just being quiet and not focusing on any thing the symtems gradually but slowly ease up and I can start to move around a bit without getting to out of breath."
