Hi wendy2020, and thanks for chiming in here. It's always good to hear from others about what treatment plans / medication regimens are working well for them.
We appreciate your feedback.
All the best,

Hi rsmcyoung. Leon is right you should talk with your doctor, he/she is the only one who can really advise you.
A couple of things that you should discuss besides medications, is exercise and a nutritional plan. They are so important. There are other things as well. Your doctor likely knows what stage you are in and can best advise you from that.

Hi again, rsmcyoung, and thanks for this post. You may be aware that COPD affects each patient differently. As well, treatments can vary widely from patient-to-patient and can change over time.
I thought you might gain some additional insight as to the types of treatments that are available for COPD. We do have a wealth of material published right here on COPD.net. For your convenience, here is a link to several of the articles for treatment options: https://copd.net/?s=treatment.
However, you may want to speak about this very real concern of yours more intently with your prescribing physician. Collaboratively, you both will determine the best treatment plan and medication regimen for your specific level of illness.
What do you think?
