The tHing about having C.O.P.D.
C.O.P.D is one of the Illnesses that is Deceiving in that the Person suffering with it looks quite normal. Until a friend "says you look out of Breath"! And then you have to start to tell them about the symptoms of C.O.P.D. Because they have never heard of it!! And that it is not just a virus that is going around and that you Can get a man for. IT IS FOR LIFE....

, and COPD can be more complicated to explain than some other invisible illnesses. Do you have any short-cut explainations that you give when someone asks what COPD is? - Lori (Team Member) No i don't and i wold be quite out of breath by the time i had explained it all. so if they are Smoking i just say Stop Smoking ?
