Spireva side effects
My lung specialist suggested adding Spireva to my program of 6 puffs of symbicort . I am concerned re side effects . Particularly those affecting the heart . Has anybody had difficulty adding this to your program ? Did you notice any significant improvement in your lung function ? Would appreciate any feedback . Thank you kindly !
Hi there, I did try it but just have me bad side effects . Mind you I have given up on all inhalers that they have prescribed as all of them , or most of them cause me to have Dizzy spells.... I have been self medicating using Nicorette. Quick Mist Mouth Spray. And have at last given up Smoking.after 72 years of Nicotine addiction... I still get out of Breath just talking to people especially on the Phone... I have been Diagnosed with COPD for 4 years now and it just seems to be relentless with now let up.😎
1 Wexala 2X per day and 2 Spiriva 1X per day, seems to keep me open and going fairly well, all things considered, as you know. My heart racing was addressed better with Xopenex as an emergency inhaler than albuterol.
I occasionally will have an elevated heart rate, but I am convinced that it comes with the territory, to some degree.I use both with 2 puffs spirits in the morning and symbacort 3-4 times throughout the day with noticeable difference
