Well, we can start with the basics for sure, here are some tips on how to prepare for sleeping that might help: https://copd.net/living/getting-best-sleep-even-copd Some of them may sound silly but sometimes the simple things actually work. For instance I was drinking diet soda before bed and I found out that carbonated drinks can keep you up at night producing gas etc. Also, believe it or not, some of our community members have said that the side you sleep on can be something that helps: https://copd.net/forums/sleep-side As you can see our community has definitely experienced this also, you are for sure not alone. Check those out and see if some of their info helps and let us know if there's anything else we can do to help. I know it can be frustrating not to get good sleep, it just makes everything else that much more difficult but hopefully you can find a way to curtail or lessen it. Keep on keepin' on, DPM
